Q: What is your minimum order for private label?
A: There is no Minimum order
Q: How much for you to design and print labels and put on the products prior to sending?
A: We charge a one-off £45 fee to design and print your labels (£30 just to print if you have a design ready) for all future orders the label costs are free. After ordering your wholesale order, place your label design order here.
Q: Do I need to setup an account?
A: No just place an order and you will be signed up in the process
Q: Can you fulfill orders for me and send out your products white label?
A: Yes we can send out goods direct to your customers under plain label and you can set your own selling price. Just place order and input customers address
Q: Can I supply my own labels?
A: Yes we can supply blank tins and bottles of product for you to label, just request unlabeled products at checkout. see sizes needed below.
Q: What size labels do I need to print?
A: For wax 37mm round, Balm 45mm round, oil 63.5mm x 29.6mm rectangle.
Q: I already have labels designed. Can I send artwork and you just print for me?
A: Yes we can print from psd/pdf/png files and apply to your products ordered. The cost is £25 just to print if you have finished artwork.
Q: Do you have the required certificates to legally sell your products?
A: Yes we have cpsr (Cosmetic Safety Safety Reports) conforming to regulation EC (No) 1223/2009 of the European Parliament for all our products.
Q: Can I resell your products online including Ebay and Amazon?
A: You are free to sell on Ebay/Amazon or your own website and other selling platforms but you must not mention The Beard and The Wonderful brand.
